Quite simply, just uses ABS instead of PLA for increased strength<ul><li>15% infill</li><li>2 Walls</li><li>0.2mm layer</li></ul>

Remodeled in Fusion to fix original model problems when printing with 0.6mm nozzle. See compared picture where original is on top and mine is on bottom. Replaced outside fillets with chamfers and tweaked some settings:<ul><li>Line width 0.55mm</li><li>Arachne with minimum wall width 90%</li><li>3 walls</li><li>100% infill but does not matter</li><li>Infill/wall overlap 25% (increase if needed)</li><li>Speed 90mm/s (increase if you feel lucky)</li></ul>In pictures printed with PETG-CF Brick Red so yes, profile works with tricky filaments also.
