Ford Puma and Fiesta Cup Holder Insert

The original Ford Fiesta and Ford Puma cup holders will release whatever cup, can or bottle is placed in it, as soon as you hit the brake hard or you have you steer sharp around an obstacle. That´s why i designed this cup holder insert. It keeps standard cans, bottles or cups up to a diameter of 68mm safe in pace. The insert still uses the 3 spring operated clamps which are buit in the cup holder. I made two profiles, one for standard materials in black, white or whatever color you like and one for semitranparent filaments (i used a semitransparent Filament in blue and red, that is pretty similar to the original Ford Colors), the semitransparent version needs more walls, tops and floors to hide the look of the infill. Don´t use PLA , use at least PETG or you won´t have fun with this print for long, due to the heat in the car when the sun heats up the inside.
