Honeycomb Storage Wall (HSW) Frame

This is a frame for honeycomb storage walls (HSW). Please ignore the arrangement of my wall accessories in the pictures—I’m still figuring that part out!

Frame Components

The frame consists of three different parts, which you’ll need to print multiple times to assemble the full structure. I’ve provided various lengths to help you customize your frame, but if you need alternative sizes, let me know, and I’ll upload them. You can also modify the parts yourself.

Measurements & Printing Tips

• The ledge that attaches to the storage wall is 7mm deep, while most HSWs are 8mm deep (this can be adjusted if needed).
• I recommend printing the corner parts (Corner 1 and 2 x 4) first, placing them on your storage wall, and then measuring the gaps to determine the straight parts you need.
• Print the parts flat-side down on the bed, with supports enabled for the middle ledge.

Assembly

• The frame parts connect using rectangular plugs (file provided) and glue.
• I personally glued the frame to the outer edge of my HSW for extra stability.
• I originally designed the frame with built-in HSW plugs for easy attachment/removal, but aligning them perfectly was tricky. Feel free to modify the design to make it work for you!
