Description

This is a 3D-printed adapter designed to fit the NEXX X.WED2 helmet XCOM system, allowing it to be used with the EJEAS V6 intercom. The design is based on the original NEXX XCOM 2 to V6 Intercom Adapter by @Row_68902 and the V6 holder standalone.step file was used for this.

Features:

✅ Secure Fit – Ensures a tight and stable connection between the intercom and helmet.
✅ Cable Management – Includes a hole to neatly route cables through.
✅ Durable Design – Must be printed in PETG for strength and flexibility, especially for the latch mechanism.

This adapter enhances compatibility between the NEXX helmet system and EJEAS V6 intercom, providing a reliable mounting solution for riders.

⚠️ Printing Recommendation: PETG is required due to the stress on the latch. Provided printing profile is tested and works and supports come off easily.

Nice, but I need EJEAS V6 pro. I will use this base model to adapt it to my needs. Thanks!

Hello RubenGuti. I'm also looking for the EJEAS V6 pro. Have you already made an adaptation that you can share? Thank you

Hello, I designed this one specifically by request (having the two physical objects), so I guess the design should be done from scratch for the KineMaster one.

It sits way too loosely on me, but it's still very good
