Description
This is for a Ortur Laser master 2 Pro (Not S2) LU2-4 Laser with new height tool included at 48mm to compensate for model thickness. This air assist is the third design and works flawless. Used a 1000 GPH air pump from Amazon, ¼" OD flexible fish aquarium tubing from Lowes or Amazon, and 90-degree 1/8" NPT x ¼" push lock fittings from Amazon. Very cheap to build compared to trying to buy one or upgrading your laser to one that has it built in. Increased cut depth, stopped charring on engravings, and just cleaner work with less cleanup. The parts listed you might already have most of them if you have a laser or 3D printer. I almost downloaded a file from Etsy, but they were all very basic and didn't direct the air where I wanted it. The first versions had a square shield all the way around. Found it to be in the way and also un-needed.
