8/12/25 UPDATE - I added a print profile which includes a larger cutter for the gravy bone biscuits from Milk Bone. These are particularly hard to snap in two so the cutter is really useful for these. There is a plate with solid color and one for the logo'ed cutter.
This is a one-handed dog biscuit splitter to easily break dog cookies into two halves. We always buy the Milkbone brand biscuits for our dogs and cheap out by splitting a biscuit between the two dogs. Those suckers are kind of hard to break. This print-in-place clamshell style cutter cracks a biscuit into two halves with almost no effort at all. If you have arthritis or only have one good hand, then this device is perfect for you. Have an elderly parent or friend with dogs? Print a couple for them too!
I designed the splitter to print flat and quickly with only a few color changes to get the logo on. I am also offering a single color version without logo if you don't have a multi-color printer or simply don't care to have the logo. It saves about 10 min of print time without the logo.
The splitter comes off the printer ready to use.
I made this specifically to fit the Milkbone brand cookies (about 53mm long). Other cookies will probably fit. If you like the idea and it doesn't fit your dog's favorite biscuit, shoot me a message and I will see what I can do to make a different size.
