Description

Hygrometer - Tough Outdoor Housing

Housing for the typical hygrometer every maker has one left over. I used mine to make an outdoor housing around it. I know it is not watertight and not the most accurate, but still a nice option to have with you when you are camping, biking, hiking do other outdoor activities or you just want to hang it in your greenhouse.

Size: 75x75 mm

Print time: 2 Hours

Due to the design, i needed to print one of the parts with support. But it should not be a problem at all.

What else do you need:

Hygrometer

Cylinder head screws M3 x 10 mm (4x) ( I used black ones, because of the look. But for outside use stainless steel ones are better)

A key ring

Optional: Compass

For material i would recommend PETG or ASA CF (both good for outside usage)

A version with a small 20 mm compass is uploaded as a 2nd printprofile.

Nice. Well done. The screws give the whole thing a special look. I like it. I actually only printed it because I had so many hygrometers left over from old filament boxes

Great print, supports came off easily and fitment was great. For some reason my hygrometers seem to have a misaligned display but I guess that's Amazon for you. 😅
