Description

A spacer/wedge for the SOVOL SH02 dryer. This keeps the dryer open so the moist can escape. Makes the dryer a lot more efficiënt. My experience is that the hole on top is not enough. I make a left and a right part. The left part is just for the corner, leaving a lot of room for the air to escape. The right part is very long. This makes sure the moist/wind doesn't blow on my printbed (my dryer is next to my printer). You can ofcourse choose to print 2 left/right (1 part mirrored).

I printed in PETG-HF. Should work with any filament, as long as it can withstand the heat your drying with. Supports should come right off.

Prints well, I like the added resistance to the part being knocked out if the dryer is bumped. Printed before I realized the front latch is designed to prop the lid open. I used PLA for the shim and have had no issues when drying PLA, PETG, ABS, or TPU (using Bambu’s recommended temp not Sovol’s)

Just adding for others, my printer shakes the table and makes the latch slip without using this 3d print. Still worth using even though the latch works great when the printer isn't running!

very well designed, worked great in PETG, does exactly what it needs to and very well at that. and it did really improve venting, it made it work at least twice as fast, and I never need to manually vent it anymore.

great print usually use a bolt to prop up but this is a lot cleaner
