No hardware required, no supports.
You can use 1.75mm filament as an axle, it is surprisingly strong anyway, or use something out of metal if you prefer.
If you use filament, just cut a 20mm piece and melt the ends by heating a flat piece of metal.
If you create your own print profile, it is recommended to use RANDOM seam positions for the wheels, to avoid creating a line which could make the rotation worse.
