Hot air recirculator
This add-on part is designed to take the hot air that is pulled through the carbon filter and recirculate it into the chamber via the purge chute. The result is that the chamber temperature will remain as high as it can be with the chamber fan off with the chamber fan on. The main benefit of this is being able to be recirculate the air through the carbon filter. Which increases the effectiveness of the filter while printing heavy VOC producing materials that also need to be printed in a heated chamber.
When wanting to recirculate the air while printing in a heated chamber, the air dam for the purge chute is installed in the slot at the bottom.
This will change the thermals of the printer. You may want to have a temperature gauge inside so that you can monitor the chamber temperature. If it's too warm for your material, you can partially open the air dam to allow some hot air to escape, you will however lose some of the extra filtration.
As far as I know it will not work with the AMS HUB unless you print an AMS HUB mover to move it.

Printing tips:
- I recommend it be printed in Bambu PETG HF or another petg.
- It is not sized for ASA or ABS, so if you are printing in them plan for shrinkage accordingly if you want to try them.
- PLA should work also, but I did not test it. I opted for PETG because of the higher heat resistance.
- Profile should have all the settings correct, but if not, bridging angle need to be set to 45 degrees to bridge over the grooves for TPU.
- It's a big model, make sure your build plate's nice and clean.
Assembly:
- It can be pressed together and it will block the air, but some super glue should be used, especially by the air dam.
- The tolerances for the air dam are very tight by design, you will need to force it in and out a number of times to get it worn in. Eventually it will sit nice and tight with only a little effort. This goes for both the slot and holder slot. If needed, you can sand the edges of the air dam a little at a time or the bump in the center of the holder.
- DO NOT over tighten the screws. They holes are very easy to strip. If you strip the purge chute, you can get another for 14.99. Please keep in mind you are cutting new threads in the holes around the fan, keeping the screw strait for moderate pressure is needed to get them strait.
- The screw below the chute is easiest done first if you hold the screw in place with your Allen key as you install the whole unit. Otherwise I recommend a flashlight aiming up so you can look through the hole.

4 x Scraper size Screws (recommended for the chute side if you have extras because the threads are the same, but the screws are longer)

2 x M3 bolts for the fan side just long enough to go through the holes
2 x 8mm M3 bolts for the chute side
