Description
The plastic guide and roller for my Bosch 4000 Table Saw Rip Fence broke. So I replicated the parts. These are direct replacements for the clamp side guide that fits into the track and the roller on the far side.
The first green picture was a test in PLA. The gray print is PETG with 75% infill.
The clamp attaches with three screws. The roller fits into a friction fit pin. Use a hammer and nail set to remove the pin. Hammer toward the star end. Replace the roller and tap the pin back in place.
