Description
READ THIS BEFORE PRINTING!
These files might not be a drop in fit for your picatinny rail due to tollerances with your printer, nozzle, fillament and optic fiber size. You might need to scale the print or do some light modding. Try to print it as snug as possible for your rail so your “zero” is straight.
There is a hole in the middle for a m3 grub screw to hold it in place. If you want the screw to be a bit more secure, heat it up first before screwing it in. Make sure you put some tape on your rail to protect it from scratches. For the front sight you will need to install the grub screw before you install the optic fiber.
It is designed for ~1.4mm optic fiber.
I printed it with 0.16mm layers and PLA-CF. No supports etc are needed. Files are designed to be an easy print.
