Description

Most dust shoe models out there move up and down with the Z axis. This is a problem when cutting deeply as either you have the brush too high and dust goes everywhere or you have it too low and you chew up the brush.

This shoe design is independant of the Z position and so will always sit on top of whatever you are cutting. I use this design daily with my PrintNC CNC router.

The brush part is magnetic so can easily be removed for access for tool changes. There is also a cutout for a chip clearing spray or flood coolant hose.
