A simple and efficient 3D-printed alignment tool for quickly positioning interchangeable sanding discs on a random orbital sander.
Designed for 125mm (5-inch) diameter sanding discs with a 65mm center-to-center distance between two opposite holes.
Update 2026-04-08:
Added version w holes - New print profile w new design of the tool. With holes to be attachable.
Update 2025-05-07:
Version 2 - Slightly improved design for easier removal after attaching the disc.
