This fully 3D-printed print-in-place wrench is ready to use straight off the build plate - no assembly required! It features two functional sides: one covering wrench sizes from 3-11 mm and the other from 11-16 mm.

Designed for optimal printability, it is best printed with 5 wall lines using PLA for strength and durability. After the print is finished, loosen the thread by rotating/moving it. Perfect for quick fixes, makers, and 3D printing enthusiasts.

I couldn't select the right diameter for the nuts, with a bit of patience and a cutter I managed to unblock the lead screw's movement

Good design either way. Like many others I also had trouble adjusting it right after print. After some stretching, bending it was able to crack loose and start being adjustable. I used the AnkerMake M5. Had to manually remove the brim and skirt since by default it keeps adding those.

5 stars for the idea. But, as others have already written: The gear is very difficult to get started. You can't use pliers due to the one flattened side for turning the stuck wheel. I carefully pushed with a wide screwdriver blade, but of course, I still made marks, it's (softer) plastic.... And the labeling "11-16" is misleading. The smallest dimension is 5.5 mm
