Description

Some variants of differently shaped magnetic markers for 3D scanning.

The provided STLs are made for disc magnets of the size 10 x 3 mm and do need a pause command to manually insert them during the print (the 3MF file already includes this pause).

I used the markers from my Revopoint scanner which are 10 mm in diameter, like these ones.

The size of the magnets and reflecting marker dots are customizable in Fusion 360 using its parameters feature:

I you already printed the turntable, make sure you insert the magnets the correct way around so that they attract and not repel each other.
