Demon Core Clicking Fidget

Two different demon core fidget designs. One profile is a small fidget that uses a cherry mx keyboard switch. The other profile is a larger, fully printed fidget with a print-in-place loud clicking spring mechanism. 

Both profiles can be printed in multi-color with or without an AMS. (the demon core itself is metallic. The blue glow is called Cherenkov Radiation) 

To change color, in the slicer, go to the objects tab and change the filament for the Core object. This only requires a single color change.

The No AMS profile includes both demon cores with a pause programmed in at the color change. Just swap the filament and resume.

Fully printed profile notes:

The printed version comes in three parts, the top, bottom (includes the core), and spring. The spring is a print in place clicking spring that slides into the bottom. 

The spring itself needs to be printed in the orientation that it comes in. It also needs to fully cool before use. 

When using it for the first time it will feel stuck but if you assemble the demon core and press down firmly it will break itself loose. 

The spring will wear down slightly over time and may need to be reprinted if it stops clicking. 

IMPORTANT: the slicer will say that the spring needs supports. Ignore this message, do not print with supports.

Key switch profile notes:

The key switch version has two parts to print, the top and bottom (including the core). 

You will need to bend or cut off any metal connectors on the switch.

The core is designed to fit this switch but I could design it to work with others if there is a need, please comment down below.
