Description
Positioning squares with 4x holders in 90° and 45°.
Suitable for furniture and cabinet making. It facilitates assembly with 90 and 45 degree angles.
Materials up to 30mm can be clamped.
Dimensions:
90° angle - 150x150mm
45° angle - 200x120mm
I initially chose an infill of 30%. The higher the infill, the more stable the angles become. 50% infill would be better for the angles.
Additionally, you will need 4x M8x80 screw hooks and 4x M8 nuts (13mm wrench size and 6.8mm high).
After layer 49, a pause is required to insert the M8 nuts. See image.
The nut must be grease-free and preheated, otherwise the next layer will not adhere well.
