Monster Hunter - Corona Set - Short Sword (NO AMS)

Concept:

Corona Sword-This is a classic one-handed sword from Monster Hunter, and I particularly admire its unique aesthetic.

The strikingly cool Astalos-derived appearance is undeniably iconic.

My intention is not merely a static display piece, but rather a poseable prop that can be manipulated, therefore structural integrity and strength were prioritized.

Advantages: Easy to print and purely screw-assembled

Meticulous carving has been applied across the 3D model, and components have been color-separated for streamlined and expedited printing.
To ensure assembly practicality and manageable print complexity, most support structures are planar.

For those not pursuing optimal fidelity, adjust the layer height to 0.28mm and disable variable layer height.

Each screw precisely secures the blade, while blade strength has been optimized. The light transmission of internal structures, such as the light strip within the blade, has undergone several iterations for enhanced illumination effects.

My focus was on showcasing the printed model; therefore, it remains unpainted. However, I am still refining the light strip configuration (dual light strips; inner red and outer yellow). Theoretically, the in-game lighting effects are fully replicable. (I am still experimenting with this aspect and welcome collaborative insights from anyone with experience in light strip adjustments.)

A reset access hole is incorporated into the grip to facilitate disassembly in case of malfunctions.
