You will need a battery, a circuit board, two magnets, a switch, some diffusing films, (two screws optional), and an LED.
Battery: 402030-200mA
Circuit board: Type-C 18650 lithium battery protection board
Magnets: 9*4.7*2.7 neodymium magnets (they will be a little difficult to install)
Switch: MSK-12D19 1P2T
Diffusing films: Use translucent white sheets from printer tests; repurpose them by cutting and gluing them in. Print white sheets slightly larger than the hollowed-out area, then affix them.
The square component inside houses the LED. Avoid high-lumen LEDs; otherwise, the white model will be too translucent. You might need several layers of diffusing film to achieve proper light diffusion.
The white model's translucence can be mitigated by increasing wall thickness.
I used 5x5mm, 2mm thick acrylic for the exterior; this is slightly oversized. A 4.9x4.9mm piece is recommended. If you cannot acquire this size, enlarge the outer frame accordingly.
The shaft uses an M2x8 screw; a similarly sized cylinder can be substituted.
The image showcases the effect of a professionally reversed film, not a printed one, but the effect should be similar, making it suitable for aesthetic appreciation!
The interior must be white; otherwise, the light color may be affected.
PETG can also be used with appropriate parameters.
Minor sanding may be necessary in some areas.
