no issues printing, I used some all purpose glue to hold the hammer head in place, but I don't think that's necessary. the tolerances are good.

I uploaded the original 3 months ago not expecting many downloads, but it has exceeded my expectations, so I decided to upload a revision. &nbsp;I used MeshMixer to clean it up and smoothen the edges and sharpen it up. Please note the print orientation for both parts to get the best print. You may need to do a little sanding to get the parts to fit together and the hole in the handle will get covered by the support material, so you will need to pop it open with a blade, but this should be easy.&nbsp;Lastly, I recommend a 0.08mm layer height but that&#39;s optional.
