Adjustable Wall Mount for Brush Cutter

I have created with my Bambulab 3D printer an adjustable wall mount for brush cutter, designed to offer a safe and practical solution for storing the tool neatly. Thanks to its adjustable design, it allows you to move the brush cutter closer or further from the wall, thus adapting to different space requirements.

Features of the Support:

  • Adjustable structure: the upper part can be adjusted to position the brush cutter closer or further from the wall.
  • Secure fastening system: the support is mounted directly to the wall using wall plugs and screws (fischer) to ensure maximum stability.
  • Interchangeable wings: can be fixed in two ways, depending on the mounting preference.

Wing Fixing Options:

  1. Self-tapping screws for wood: allow quick and easy mounting directly into the printed material.
  2. M4x0.7 6H male thread:
    • If you prefer a system with standard commercial screws, you can thread the support holes using an M4x0.7 6H tap.
    • In this way, the wings can be fixed with M4x0.7 countersunk screws with recessed hexagon, ensuring a more solid and professional assembly.

Advantages of the 3D Printed Support:

Adjustable and customizable – adapts to different space configurations.
Flexible mounting – possibility to choose between quick fixing or with threaded screws.
Strong and durable – made of PLA.
Optimized design – offers stable support for the brush cutter, preventing accidental falls and protecting both the tool and the wall.

Installation:

  1. Attach the support to the wall using wall plugs and screws suitable for the type of wall.
  2. Choose the wing fixing method:
    • With self-tapping screws for wood, directly into the printed holes.
    • Or thread the holes with an M4x0.7 6H tap and use M4 countersunk screws with recessed hexagon.
  3. Adjust the position of the brush cutter according to the available space.

Thanks to this 3D printed support, the brush cutter can be stored in a neat, safe and easily accessible way, reducing clutter and protecting the tool when not in use. 🔧🚜
