Description

Hello !

If you like my work, please rate it.

My brother repairs coffee makers as a hobby. A regular problem in a Tchibo Esperto coffee machine is that these gears break.
Often, aftermarket gears don't last long either. That's why when he ordered it, I drew it for him.
As it turned out, these gears also occur in other coffee makers:

-Tchibo Esperto Series

-Beko CEG 5301

-Grundig KVA 4830

-SMEG BCC01, BCC02

-Severin KV 8090

-Oster BVSTEM8100
I haven't tried it with a resin printer, only with FDM.

PETG and CF PLA broke quickly. I haven't tried ABS. Nylon filament holds up well. The support shown in the pictures worked for me.
4-wall thickness, 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill.
Slower printing and lower layer height increases layer adhesion.
I printed the nylon material at 245 degrees on a Buildtak Nylon+ surface with a bed temperature of 60 degrees.

There is a pin inside the larger gear. It is necessary because it presses a switch.

Bb.

What material did you print it from?

PETG, CF_PLA, ABS, ASA were tested. They didn't last very long. Nylon did.

Great, saved us from buying a larger and more expensive replacement part!

These parts are also used in the GE Profile Automatic, which is another branding of this machine - might help others searching for this. Thank you for the design! I did a test print in PLA which fit perfect but broke fairly quickly. I just received the supplies needed to print in nylon/PA so trying that today.

The gears fit perfectly and work flawlessly. My sister-in-law was very happy that she didn't have to buy new ones
