Generally, a very pretty idea and looks nice overall However, I don't like the front at all, nor the nostril hairs from below where the support material is Is it my material or is the file simply that unclean

Try the other print profile, the one with the support structure, then the lines in the front will disappear

Without a bridge, it's probably not printable lying down. Supports fly away or it collapses during printing over the length
