ULLRSTAFR – The Hunter Sorcerer's Magic Wand
The Hunter Sorcerer's hunting wand was shaped by the god Ullr, lord of the hunt and protector of the forest's balance.
The forest and all the creatures inhabiting it were sacred, and to hunt them, it was necessary to gain the god's favor. Only a select few succeeded in this endeavor and, as a reward, received the Ullrstafr: a wooden wand forged from a branch of Yggdrasill, the World Tree.
It is said that Ullr himself was trapped among the branches of Yggdrasill. To free himself, he tore a branch from the tree and shaped it, imbuing it with his own soul. Thus, the Ullrstafr was born, an artifact that would allow him to escape his captivity and live through the chosen sorcerer.
For the wand to be used, a pact must be made with the sorcerer, an eternal bond that unites their existences. Together, they will share immortality and the sacred duty of protecting the forests.
