Stock Bambu Lab PETG profile (0.4mm nozzle), tested on a P1S — no custom tuning needed.I used this coupler to connect the fume/exhaust hose on my P1S&#39;s suction/filtration setup. Went with PETG instead of PLA for the extra heat resistance — better safe than sorry when it&#39;s sitting in a hot air path. Printed clean with no warping, stringing, or adhesion issues straight out of the stock profile.Uploading it so anyone using this coupler for a similar hose/fume setup has a proven, working profile to start from.Printer: Bambu Lab P1S Filament: PETG Nozzle: 0.4mm Layer height: 0.2mm Wall loops: 2 Infill: 15% grid Settings: Stock Bambu PETG defaults

4" 100mm Duct joiner / connector 

4 inch (100mm) to 4 inch (100mm)  ducting coupler/connector.   Inserts into 100mm duct pipe, with slight taper for tighter hold.&nbsp;Can be printed in any chosen material, depending on purpose.&nbsp;Remix of original STL for direct printing using 3MF.
