2.8 kg... Let's be conservative and say your filament is $12/kg. That's a $33 USD/29 EUR ramp.

What next? Where can I find a ramp perfectly customized to my step? Check Etsy to see the cost of a custom-made one

Instead of making the ramp a filled solid, a lot of filament could have been saved by redesigning it. Something like: https://makerworld.com/en/models/206743-robot-vacuum-ramp#profileId-226865 Just a suggestion for your next designs.

Perhaps you should simply read the entire description…my ramp is 10cm high, what you are suggesting is a toy at 1.8cm in height, what was I supposed to do with that? Scaling it up…you can gladly try how many kilograms of filament that would require…besides, I can walk over my ramp with over 100kg…your suggestion would not withstand that, even when scaled up. Nice thought, but because I couldn’t find anything that exactly met my needs, I designed one myself. If you don’t like it, simply don’t print it…if it’s too massive for you, simply don’t print it…if you can design something better, please do so and I will take a look and perhaps switch to your model💪🏻👍🏻

very sturdy. ALMOST exactly what I needed. with the combo of another 20mm ramp at the bottom and some plywood to elevate the ramp. not cheap or quick, but great print. everything fits great and the dimensions are perfect!

I really like it, and it worked very well! I scaled it down to a height of 8.2 cm. Thank you very much! One thing that could be done is to design a middle piece to widen the ramp

The notion of broadening it had also occurred to me

Hey! I came across your vacuum ramp model while searching for something to help my Roomba Plus 507 climb a 4.80" (122 mm) tile step. It looks like a great design, and I saw your note about messaging you if anyone needs something made. I’d love to connect. My A1 shows up tomorrow, and after running a few fun test prints, I want this ramp to be my first real functional print. The main challenge is getting over that full 122 mm step with a gentle enough slope that the robot doesn’t get confused or stuck. I’d like to print it in multiple segments to fit the A1’s 256 × 256 bed, and then join them together (dovetails, glue, or even screws if needed). I’m not at MakerWorld level 7 yet so I can’t send a DM, but figured I’d leave a comment and reach out here. I’d be happy to share exact specs or help test if you’re interested in adapting or remixing this for taller steps like mine. Thanks for sharing your work, and I hope to talk soon!

This is the first ramp I’ve found that’s as high as I need (I actually needed 6 cm, and I’ve adapted it). Thank you so much for your design! I don’t mind that it uses a lot of filament — it’s perfect and meets my needs! Finally, my robot can clean the entire house with a single command!

Same here…lots of filament means massive and you can even walk on it👍🏻

Either simply trim the top or reduce the scale

Hello, could it be that the dimensions in the print file are all somehow different I wanted to adjust the size, but the measurements are inconsistent

hello, could you possibly make a ramp for my masterpiece? the dimensions would be: left: 5.5cm height right: 8cm height 70 width. preferably with a connection as a base, so it can go up on one side and down on the other. best regards
