Description

No special settings required, outside of what you do to print TPU normally.

I did 3 walls, 15% infill, with 95A TPU.

The slicer setting “Avoid crossing perimeter walls” is helpful if you have issues with TPU stringing.

I prefer to insert the AirTag with the battery cover on the inside, to avoid it accidentally opening. I also prefer to face the AirTag opening towards the inside of the collar. Safety first!

printed the 15mm version and it turned out great with generic Amazon tpu.

Printed three of these in Overture 95a Blue TPU. On my large dog, I left them as is. On the two skinny cats, I heated the sides of the part the collar goes through and bent them inward a bit. this kept the collar from laying funny on their necks, which it tried to do initially where the collar bent away from the cat at the attachments. To do so, it was just a quick warmth with a lighter, then bent as desired, held a few seconds until it cooled, and it lays just right on them bow! Boosted, thanks for the print, man!!!
