Description

This is a super simple car dashboard stand for the Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron series. This is only the stand part, and you will also need to print the ship support part (the one that attaches to the bottom of the ship) from my other models: X-Wing, V-Wing, N-1 Starfighter. I designed in a way it is universally exchangeable between all stands, so I can take the ship from home to car and back home (see the last picture). Currently it does not support Tie Fighter (need the stand to be taller), and other bigger ships such as LAAT (too heavy).

Printing & Assembly Instructions

  • High temperature resisting materials such as PETG are recommended for outdoor prints.
  • If you prefer a tighter fit, slightly “Scale” the stand by 1%-5%. You can also increase the height, just do not change the peg size on the top.
  • Optionally, you can super-glue both the stand and the ship support parts together.
  • I used 3M double-tapes to secure the stand onto the car dashboard.

May the Force be with you!
