Silva Free Headlamp helmet mount

This is a mount plate to attach a Silva Free Headlamp to a bike helmet.

You can print this mount for the lamp only and keep the battery in a pocket, connected by a long cable or print a second one to mount the battery on the helmet too.

You also need following:

• M3x25 bolt
• M3 brass heat insert
• 20mm wide velcro strap
• Original Silva Free Cable (long one if you keep the battery in a pocket, short one if you mount the battery on the helmet too)

• Melt a Brass M3 insert into the bore (you can also use a M3x30 bolt and a regular M3 nut).
• Slide the head of the cable into the mount, cable pointing away from the entrance.
• secure it with a M3x25 bolt.
• Attach it to the helmet with a 20mm wide velcro strap
