Description
This spoiler bracket and end cap design mitigates wind noise caused by roof boxes.
The bracket is designed for panels 5mm thick or less, and 10-15cm wide.
Two bracket widths are provided: 15mm and 25mm. Multifunctional straps are readily available online.
Two end cap sizes are provided: 12cm and 15cm. Mirror print for a pair.
I used an 83cm long, 12cm wide, 5mm thick industrial carbon fiber board, with my custom-designed end caps.
High-strength brackets are used at the ends, with more flexible brackets in the middle. Tested perfectly on a Mini Cooper; sunroof operation unaffected.
