Bad Mood Bot

You know, sometimes you are having a bad day. And then you hit the wrong button and - surprise - it is getting worse. This seems to have happened to the little bot. Someone messed around with it's program and now the bot is going berserk. Better take cover until the Bad Mood Bot calms down…
 

Print preparation:
Make sure that your print bed is clean and grease-free and use a quality brand and dry filament. Calibrate your filament if necessary because the clips need tight tolances.

Print settings:
Use the 0.2mm standard settings for everything. Support is needed on some parts. A brim for the key is recommended to increase the bed adhesion. Set the wall number to three for a robust print. 8% gyroid infill should be enough.
An AMS will help to colour the parts, but it is not necessary. You can print all parts in one colour and simply use paint for the few colourful parts.

Assembly:

• Glue the face and the headlights to the head
• Push a short connector into the head and add the neck ring
• Glue the screen and the front light to the body
• Press the hands and the short connectors into the arms
• Press the large connector through the hole in the torso
• Add the leg washer on one side
• Press the legs to the connector on the torso
  It should now look like this:
  
• Press the head and the arms onto the body
• Push the body on the torso, add glue if necessary

And now go - and find the power-off switch…
