D5x2 mm Round Magnet (20PCS) - CA003

Description

The Last Drop Bottle Emptier is an innovative tool designed to efficiently empty the contents of bottles and containers with liquids. It utilizes gravity and a stable holder to maximize content usage without waste. The design ensures optimal stability while minimizing print time and filament usage.

The tool is modular, allowing the extension attachment to be swapped for different bottle types, with a maximum diameter of 6.5 cm.

Currently only one type of bottle is supported as an extension.

But im looking forward to hear from you what sizes and shapes of bottle necks you would like to use it for, and i will be happy to add them :)

Or maybe you will use it for a comepletely different purpose, and that's fine as well.

Just be sure to share your idea in the rating section :)

Also, it can be attached to the fridge for convenient, hassle-free storage!

Parts

  • 1x Last Drop Bottle Emptier
    • 3x holes for magnets of 5mm diameter
  • (modular) 1x Bottle holder extension for various sizes (currently the default is a round hole with 3.6cm diameter)
  • (optional) 1x Emptier mini bowl (5cm outer diameter)

Precautions

  • Always place the tool on a stable and even surface.
  • Ensure the tool is stable to prevent tipping over (Do not use with full bottles or bottles that are not nearly empty, as their center of gravity is too high)
  • Do not use with bottles containing hot liquids.
  • Food Use Warning: When using the Last Drop Bottle Emptier for emptying bottles that contain food products such as sauces or dressings, please note that contact with food is minimal. The design tries to prevent significant contact with the liquid inside the bottle, especially for thicker liquids like sauces. However, depending on the viscosity of the sauce and the height of the bottle from the surface, there may be contact with the tool.

  • Material Recommendation: It is recommended to print the tool using food-safe material. This is not a strict requirement, as the direct contact with the sauce or food is usually negligible, but using food-safe materials provides additional peace of mind, particularly for thinner liquids.
    • This is especially important when using the optional 'emptier mini bowl' accessory for food products.

How to Use

  1. Attaching/swapping the extension
    • Simply pop it on and off, aligning the cutout with the magnet holder (refer to the assembly instructions if it's not immediately clear)
  2. Inserting the Bottle
    • To speed up the process, shake the bottle while it’s closed, with the cap facing down, to move most of the contents towards the opening.
    • Before unscrewing the cap, tilt the bottle slightly to one side to shift the contents back a little. This prevents any unwanted spillage when you open the cap.
    • Unscrew the bottle cap.
    • Turn the bottle upside down and insert it into the adjustable holder.
    • Adjust the position so that the bottle’s neck is optimally placed for dripping.
  3. Emptying the Bottle
    • Leave the bottle in the tool until the content gradually empties.
    • For thicker fluids, the process naturally stops when the liquid reaches the highest point at the bottle opening.
    • For more liquid fluids, please monitor the entire process.
  4. Finishing Use
    • After emptying, remove the bottle and lift the tool off the surface, leaving only the spilled fluid behind (or in the optional “emptier mini bowl”).

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • After each use, it is recommended to clean the tool under running warm water.

Storage

The Last Drop Bottle Emptier can be conveniently stored on any metal surface, such as your fridge, thanks to its built-in magnet holders. Simply attach the tool to the fridge for easy access and space-saving storage.

If you’re using the optional Emptier mini bowl, it can be placed on top of the tool for compact storage.

To prevent dust buildup inside the bowl, it is best to store the bowl upside down when not in use.
