Description

Just like the original, but scaled to fit a 10mm wood drill directly, without any metal inserts. Yes, it is less durable, but I printed from PETG-HF and had no issues making multiple pocket holes in my DIY project.

Just put the drill inside almost touching the wood before starting it, so it is properly aligned and is not scraping the jig walls.

I would suggest just to scale it down so that the holes matches your drill bit diameter +0.2mm for tolerances

Have done that already. But It wears out after a lot of use. Now i only have to print New inserts.

Works well, but needs a strong clamp to stop it skipping across the wood surface
