Regarding AI-generated failures in printing the knife tip, if you are using an A1 printer, the cause might be:

1. Machine-related issues. The A1 utilizes a cantilever structure, causing printed parts to wobble at higher layers. Coupled with the slender design of the model, this wobbling is pronounced in the A1, leading to layer shifting. If this is the issue, consider reducing the print speed or printing the model horizontally, as shown below

2. Slicing parameter issues. Use Bambu Lab's slicing function to cut the model, and try printing the knife tip separately. If printing still fails, the issue lies in the slicing parameters. Reduce the speed, adjust the print order of inner and outer walls, and modify parameters such as seam position.
