Pool Noodle Sword Handle

I designed this pool noodle sword to be an easy simple print. Round edges for a “soft” feeling handle. Glue the thread insert into the hilt. I use flex super glue and it holds up great. I have a 3 year old that beats the crap out of this thing.

Heads up, not all pool noodles are the same size.  This model fits the noodle I buy from the dollar store. It has a 1 inch hole and it screws in perfectly. You can scale this up or down to fit other sized noodle, you just might end up with a giant handle.
