Description
RC 1/10 Differential Cover
Due to repeated breakage of my differential housings, I have created them as a printable file. I didn't want to have to buy a completely new differential every time a housing broke.
Suitable for Reely Bad / Stagger / New 1/10 scale and similar differentials.
Additional spare parts available upon request.
Design Concept
This differential cover is specifically designed for 1:10 scale RC vehicles to ensure optimal performance and robustness. The design considers the requirements for stability and protection of internal components.
Usage
This cover protects the differential gear from dust, dirt, and moisture that could impair performance. Ideal for use in outdoor adventures and off-road driving.
Printing Suggestions
For printing, the use of a durable, impact-resistant filament such as PETG or ABS is recommended to ensure the longevity of the part. A layer thickness of 0.2 mm provides a good balance between detail and mechanical strength.
Assembly Instructions
The cover replaces the original differential bell, which is secured with 4 screws. It is recommended to properly lubricate all moving parts before assembly and ensure precise adjustment for optimal functionality.
