Description

I love the T-22 lens on the Lubitel 166's but loath the lens flare that comes with it. I've made a lens hood for the Lubitel's in the past but that was only for the taking lens and it doesn't help focusing when the viewfinder is full of flare prompting this part.

I have film tested this lens hood with it not showing up on the film, but also have not purposely exposed it to extreme flare to test it's effectiveness.. This comes as obvious but you will not be able to focus with the lens hood on since both the lenses spin oppositely and the lens hood sits on top of both lenses; however, I have been able to scale the model up 0.5% in the slicer to where I can gently spin the focus rings and the hood stays on while the lenses move. If you spin too fast it will come off but it takes half a second to take off and put the lens hood on so it's not too much of an inconvenience in my book especially to massively increase performance of the lens.

*please ignore the stringy tpu filment as this was the last of the roll and I wasn't about to dry 20 grams of filment for one print (even though this model only takes around 13 g.)
