Description

This is a small adapter to mount the Bose Companion 5 top speakers directly to your monitor to regain some desk space.

The CAD Files include the STEP geometry and Fusion 360 files.

Assembly

  1. Remove the Speakers from their original stands by unscrewing them and pull the cable out through the hollow stand.
  2. Snap the printed mount onto the speaker (the fit should be somewhat tight) and screw it into place.
  3. Fix the speaker to your monitor using double-sided tape (I recommend VHB from 3M). Pay attention to place each speaker on the correct side of the monitor!
  4. Optional: Fix the two cable clamps to your monitor in an appropriate spot (using double-sided tape) to prevent the cables from going down)
