Description
This is a top half for the Shapeoko Sweepy 2.0 for the 65mm spindle/router. Uses the tension arm hardware and magnets from a broken acrylic top half, and opens up the air path for less buffeting when using a 4in dust collector hose direct to the top of the shoe. Some minor supports are needed just to keep the magnet pockets flat, and keep the tension ears from drooping. Everything else can pretty much just be printed as perimeters, so PLA+ or anything stronger should hold up fine. The hose insert is snug, but can still be removed without tools to use your dust collection line as a vacuum hose on your machine.
