80mm fan grill

This model is an 80mm x 80mm cooling fan grill, 80mm in length and width, 2mm thick, with a 0.5mm anti-scratch blade height. The filament used is PETG-HF. The case shown in the image is a Benbox U35, with a side panel 3D printed from a self-designed model. The cooling fan used is a Mechanical Master Pure White 8025ARGB-PWM fan. The intake hole area and mounting holes are designed for this fan. The thickness is designed for strength; a thinner design would compromise structural integrity. Printing parameters are set to 100% linear infill with automatic support (slightly countersunk mounting screws are used for the specified fan, so minor support is required). The front can be made completely flat. The screws shown in the image are used for mounting; screw type is not limited and is provided for reference only.
