Vacutainer Tube Dispenser
Print Profile(3)

Description
I work in a lab and constantly strive to find better ways to organize the space. I won't say this is the most aesthetic item, but it functions well and keeps the vacutainer tubes stored and dispensed in a way that keeps the stock rotating appropriately. The bin is open at the top for quick access/refills, and the internal base is angled so that tubes roll downward to the opening. It sits flat on a table and can easily be attached by a 3M strip or mounting putty. There are two items - one sized for an 4ml Lavendar EDTA or other 4ml tubes, and one for an 8ml SST or similar tubes.
I printed mine in draft mode…I don't need a high-quality finish, just a functional print. No supports, prints in place. And it looks fine. I used a Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack and that kept the base layer from warping.
HOWEVER - if I wanted to print a nicer version I'd enable support, in critical areas only. This would be the mouth of the dispenser opening at the bottom of the bin. Without supports, there is some stringing, sagging or rough edges.
