Description

This is a tank-shaped lighter shell for BIC mini lighters. Its internal mechanism is inspired by Zippo lighters, using springs and hinges to create a crisp "click" sound when opening or closing.

The model is easy to print with minimal supports. During assembly, glue is needed to attach the tank turret (head) to the main body. Alignment holes are pre-designed – simply insert a few centimeters of 1.75mm filament to position the parts before gluing.

No glue is required elsewhere: just thread short pieces of filament through the pre-drilled holes to secure the hinge and cover.

With its bold tank design, this shell makes your BIC lighter stand out and harder to lose!
