You can change the colors of the clock numbers, the tick marks and outer border and side wall if you want.

Almost any clock mechanism should work as long as the threaded shaft is 8-10mm long and less then 60mm square. I purchase my clock mechanisms on AliExpress and TEMU. Amazon has them also but at a higher price. Amazon link: https://a.co/d/bsVz8dp
 

You will have to search for some clock hands as these clock mechanisms do not come with hands.
