Extra Long Car Sun Visor Extender - 2 versions

Two versions of this model. A 2 way bracket, and 3 way bracket with hook. Use the 2 way bracket for simple installation. The 3 way bracket with hook is much more secure and won't fall off the existing car sun visor when you pull on it to extend it. 

Remix changes:

• This design is a remix of an existing sun visor extender to make it as big as possible. 
• This design fills the P/X series build plates. 
• The bracket was trimmed to be as slim as possible. A 1mm bump was also added to provide a little friction so the visor plate didn't move unintentionally. 
• The visor plate was trimmed on the left to minimise the material that is hiding behind the existing visor, and additional material added to the right to extend the reach as far as possible. 
• These changes provide 20cm (8in) of visor extension! It is also 13.5cm (5.3in) high.

Prints great in ASA, however be careful of warping. I also printed it in PA6-GF but it needed a bit of work to get it to move smoothly. It will print nicely in PLA however that material may not be suitable for direct sunlight and high temperatures.

It is all held in place with velcro straps. The slot is 3.3cm wide.
