FT8-dedicated common-mode current elimination choke, effectively preventing USB disconnections caused by interference. This project uses a 60*35*20 nxo-100 ferrite core, 50-3 coaxial cable, and a 25*25 square flange for the female connector. Please prepare your own m3*φ5 embedded nuts x4 and m3*20 screws x4 (to fix the top cover), m3 nuts x4 and m3*10 screws x4 (to fix the female connector). The ferrite core can be secured using a soft cord through the holes at the bottom of the box (if you find this troublesome, you can use hot melt adhesive with me). If USB disconnections still occur, please use a USB cable with a ferrite core and shielding. This model uses a single female connector with an attached cable to minimize insertion loss. For a dual female connector version, please contact me. Commercial use of this model is prohibited.

hi, great print, i have printed mine in petg. good idea to make the ventilation slots in case the core heats up due to core saturation. im also interested in the dual female version of this design. thank you for your time and effort to make this design possible. 73 de ON4AG 👍😁
