This design is great! I see many perfect scores, but the M5 screw I printed with PLA can't be inserted properly, I don't know why, I'll try enlarging it by 5% and 10% first to see if the thread and hex nut can be inserted smoothly

Printed nicely on the A1 Mini with PLA Basic. Fit with the screw really well to replace my broken thumbscrew. Has held up well to a few weeks of use so far.
