I suggest to use PLA or PETG, not PLA silk cuz its fractual. Remove it from plate when is cold cuz its only 1 wall and ofc it will break! You can make it more strong but it will be more dangoreous when explodes.

Yes but then of course if you use pla instead of silk it then becomes as you stated stronger and therefore more dangerous when it explodes! Even so the fragility of the print needs to be looked at to be more robust if using explosives such as 100% infill and thicker walls for example. Just some friendly advise coming from a secondary school teacher in design technology 👍 also it was removed when cold and the other when it was warm still the warm actually removes easier in some instances and did but was still fractured. I'll do a little work on this and maybe make a new version 👍 it is kool though bud

i have only tested with pla and worked fine, but not sure if smaller firecracker will blow bbs out of holes

All firecrackers will hurt on some range,thats why i choose f3 small firecrasker that is loud and small and wont hurt thru airsoft gear, tested on my self few times and not a scratch from 1-2m.
