Due to their high-wattage fast-charging capabilities, GaN chargers are often bulky and heavy. When mounted vertically, such as on a wall or pegboard, gravity causes a noticeable sag, as illustrated in Figure 2. This charger holder provides additional support, completely 3D-printed and requiring no metal parts or extra accessories. Requiring only 2MM of clearance behind the power strip, the spring automatically clamps onto it. To accommodate varying power strip thicknesses, versions exceeding 15MM and 25MM are available, supporting strips up to 50MM thick. This provides robust support for even the largest, heaviest chargers. As PETG is not an elastic material, the spring is susceptible to failure; therefore, a readily replaceable, low-cost spring refill is included.
