Vertical geometrical laptop stand

For my Framework 13 laptop i created a laptop desk stand.

It is designed in a geometrical way with some added details on the outside and sunken space for some foam.

It is designed for my Framework 13 which has a thickness of around 18,5mm (with the rubber bar; 16 mm without). But for sure it can also fit your laptop if the dimensions are similar.

In the opening of the stand i added some sunken surfaces for pieces of foam (side and bottom). For that i used self-adhesiv foam with 3mm thickness.

If you dont use any foam, the holder should be able to carry laptops up to max 20mm thickness.

I used PLA matte but for sure you can use what you want. If you want to use the laptop closed inside the stand i would recommend at least PETG due to heat. But please always check as well if your laptop can be used close ;)

As you might see i took some ideas in the design from Menelas vertical laptop stand but redesigned it on my own fully.

Check his model also. Maybe it fits your needs regarding size or design as well.
